Kaleidoscope has the best team and customer service. I am old school, I like being able to pick up the phone and call someone to get the help I need. I can call or email with questions and my cusatomer rep is always prompt with a response and points me to the information I need. They also help customize the services I need since our program tends to be a little different than most. Over the last 4 years, they have taken input from myself and other customers to make their platform, reporting and communications easier to use. They have taken the data intergration to the next level...best of all, they are not afraid of suggestions and are always improving their services. Like all businesses, you start small and you grow to meet the needs of your customers. I have continued to stick with Kaliedoscope because I don't want to be just another client number doing busines with a large corporate firm. We are helping eachother grow and get better...isn't that what everyone strives to do?

I absolutely love the user friendly platform. It is easy to navigate and update. Further, it is very user friendly for applicants, which is incredibly high on my needs list. The customer service I recieve from my partners at Kaleidoscope is the best I've ever had with any vendor I have ever used. They are fast, incredibly nice, and walk my through everything I need help with.

This is our second year using Kaleidoscope as our scholarship management partner and I think it's been a great match. I'm hands on; therefore, while I appreciate their basic templates, I really like that much of it is customizable and easy to use (as I'm also not a tech expert). The support team is friendly, accessible, and quick to respond.
