Kaleidoscope has the best team and customer service. I am old school, I like being able to pick up the phone and call someone to get the help I need. I can call or email with questions and my customer rep is always prompt with a response and points me to the information I need. They also help customize the services I need since our program tends to be a little different than most.<br><br>Over the last 4 years, they have taken input from myself and other customers to make their platform, reporting and communications easier to use. They have taken the data integration to the next level...best of all, they are not afraid of suggestions and are always improving their services. I absolutely love the user friendly platform. It is easy to navigate and update. Further, it is very user friendly for applicants, which is incredibly high on my needs list.
