I really enjoy the aspects of having examples to use because we were able to go through real case scenarios that were applied to our work. The amount of knowledge that the Janek Performance Group presenter had about our company was very surprising. It was nice that we were able to discuss business stuff since we have a lot of confidential information, and we're able to have cases that resonated with what we deal with every day. I like having a live speaker who could walk through examples. And I like that it was personalized to the audience that was in the room.
