What I liked best about the Janek Performance Group training was the quality of the instructor. I really like the LPS by Janek Performance Group, especially how it effectively positions our team. It's great that the process is easily consolidated into four critical areas of selling, and that objections are considered throughout. I appreciate the emphasis on presenting critical areas and find the information gathering in the initial steps crucial for setting us up for success with customers. Our team finds this approach particularly beneficial, as it encourages spending adequate time on customer interaction. I'm also looking forward to the ongoing support and additional training that Janek provides, which helps us roll out new sales skills effectively.
