Dext is easy to set up for clients and offers great features, including strong integration with Xero and reliable bank statement extraction. Support has also been excellent — our account manager and team have been responsive and helpful throughout.

We've found Dext to be a valuable addition to our bookkeeping processes. The receipt capture is straightforward and easy for clients to use, whether uploading via the mobile app, email or desktop, and the data extraction is generally accurate, saving a significant amount of manual data entry. The onboarding process is simple and intuitive, making it quick to get both staff and clients up and running. The integration with accounting software also works well, helping to keep records up to date and reducing the amount of paperwork clients need to retain. In terms of performance, Dext is generally reliable and processes documents quickly, although there can occasionally be delays during busier periods. The main downside is the pricing, which we find is on the high side; however that being said we find Dext Solo pricing to be very competitve. Overall, Dext is an easy-to-use, efficient platform that has improved our bookkeeping workflows and made receipt management much simpler for both our team and our clients.
