We were provided comprehensive timeline and the Auditor accommodated all our time zone meeting requests with ease. They provided quick communication and support for questions regarding audit requirements, such as clarifying acceptable evidence formats. Expert and Professional Auditors: The auditors were consistently professional, responsive, and thorough, which contributed significantly to a smooth and efficient audit. The audit identified control gaps and exceptions, which allowed us to successfully remediate all findings without any major issues. Our main Auditor was chosen for us as her time zone worked well across our many time zones to remain accessible for follow-ups.
