Insight Assurance's entire team worked hard and diligently to help us hit our deadline, and they delivered early. They were consistently quick to respond throughout the engagement, and rather than making us adapt to a separate portal, they met us where we work, communicating and collaborating with us directly in Slack. That made evidence tracking and back-and-forth far easier on our side. Mollie, our Customer Success Lead, was proactive and kept us well informed at every stage. Sujal, our Staff Auditor, was extremely helpful, thorough, and responsive throughout testing.

This was our fourth SOC 2 audit but our first with Insight Assurance, and the communication was the standout. Our main contact kept us updated on the timeline regularly, and the shared Slack channel meant we could get quick answers without waiting on email. They also stayed responsive throughout the year for ad-hoc questions outside the audit window. The team worked primarily within Vanta rather than asking us to duplicate evidence elsewhere, and their SOC 2 system description template saved us a lot of drafting time.

We really appreciate the quick and flexible back and forth with Insight Assurance. Their easy integration with Vanta for evidence sharing is a big plus for me, and the team is super friendly. All their services are great, and we're even considering using their SOC 2 Type 2 services going forward.
