Our main contact kept us updated on the timeline regularly, and the shared Slack channel meant we could get quick answers without waiting on email. They also stayed responsive throughout the year for ad-hoc questions outside the audit window. The team worked primarily within Vanta rather than asking us to duplicate evidence elsewhere, and their SOC 2 system description template saved us a lot of drafting time.
