Hostie has been a game changer for us! It’s helped us so much with staffing, as we no longer need a dedicated host to greet people at the door. Instead, we have a floor manager who greets people, oversees the FOH team, and occasionally checks in on the most pressing phone calls. Overall, the team has more time to focus on service and check in on guests, which has improved our workflow tremendously.
