Love working with hostie as it allows us to capture all of our guest inquiries. We never miss out on large group bookings and are able to better meet the needs of our guests. Randall and Brandon are also amazing to work with, they are super responsive to any questions or queries we have about the product.

For the most part it, it allows our managers and employees to not be tied down to a physical phone. It is able to answer all of the FAQs that most people would find on our website or Opentable summary, but would rather call. It's getting better with every update. The guest is now able to leave information regarding large party inquiries which get integrated into Perfect Venue, our large party planning software, rather than being sent a link to fill out on their own. Most of the calls are related to the guest's reservation, ie. running late, needing to cancel, needing to increase or decrease in party size. Much of these questions can be handled by Hostie. The integration process was very easy and Randall has been very hands on in ensuring that the Ai is working correctly and giving out the correct information. Randall also made it a point to check in weekly and then monthly with each update to ensure that we were getting the right amount of service. Hostie is used everyday and throughout service. The transcription app is essential in making sure that we are able to reach out to guest's needing a personal phone call or email.

One of the best and most appreciated task that Hostie does for us, in our small, labor conscience restaurant is answer and assist in our giving our guests the information that they need to book reservations. It literally is like having an extra person "working the phones" so to speak.
