I was HockeyStack's biggest internal advocate. Two years of championing the platform before finally getting buy-in. I wanted this to work. It didn't. The core failure: they couldn't connect our data.

I was excited about it first, loved everything they said they would do, but now there is nothing to like. The product is not real, just marketing.

HockeyStack allows us to follow journeys in a more complex way than our previous method, which is especially valuable with paid ads to see how they influence our funnel. I appreciate its broad capabilities because it really can do so much. I also enjoy the dashboarding due to the nature of the customization.
