I really like that Hivebrite cares about their customer's experience. They've been fantastic at understanding how we use the product and showing us how to adjust it to fit our needs. I also appreciate their use of AI, especially the matching tool that suggests partnerships and makes it easy to connect with others. It's helpful to have networking opportunities suggested, especially in today's world. The setup process was very intuitive, and I didn't need highly specialized skills to get it running. The onboarding support team was incredible, ensuring we had everything we needed to welcome new members to the community. They also listen to what's being used and adjust their roadmap based on actual customer needs.
