The platform works really well for our members to connect and host events. There's so many helpful details that really make it easy to connect. But as for an admin side, this is the best customer service I've ever experienced. They respond so quick with any questions we may have, are flexible with our plans, are amazing trainers, and they take our suggestions into account when creating new features. I've been working with Hivebrite for a year and the amount of advancement on this platform is incredible. Our reps, Erin and Rachael, are the best reps I've ever worked with. They are so intelligent and motivated, I actually look forward to our calls on the calendar.
