The support has probably been the biggest difference for us. We came from ADP, where it was often difficult to get timely help from someone who understood what we were trying to do. With Hammr, we have been able to work directly with a team that knows our setup and responds quickly when something comes up.<br>The onboarding was also much easier than we expected. Hammr handled a lot of the data migration and setup for us, which allowed us to switch systems within a couple of weeks without putting a huge burden on our internal team.<br>We also do a growing amount of prevailing wage work, and having payroll and certified payroll reporting in the same system has been very valuable

Probably how much stuff employees can just do themselves now. We send them the onboarding link and they can fill out their info on their phone, upload documents, sign everything electronically, direct deposit, tax forms, all of it. We don’t have to chase paper around nearly as much. There are also a bunch of smaller payroll things that make a big difference. Employees can split their net pay between accounts, garnishments are handled in payroll, and certified payroll reports are way easier than what we were doing before. It's also very user-friendly both on web and their mobile app. We have also utilized their integration with Quickbooks to sync back job costs for our PM teams.

The people, without question. We came from an experience where getting help could mean spending hours on chat and still not getting a useful answer. With Hammr, when we have an issue, someone actually understands what we’re asking and helps us work through it. Our payroll isn’t simple, so that level of support matters a lot. The team has taken the time to understand how we operate, rather than just telling us how the software is “supposed” to work, and they provide us with the tools we need. They’ve gone above and beyond any customer service I’ve used previously.
