Outstanding Support and Powerful Features, Needs Task System Improvement
I use Guesty for property management, and it's been a great service, especially with the support from the Guesty team. Our customer success manager, Anna Lorea, has been excellent, making it a great platform so far. One of my favorite parts is that Guesty is very quick to work on improvements whenever we need help or have a suggestion. It helps us aggregate all bookings and calendars, assists with accounting, task automation, guest communication, and owner portals, and much more. These features have been really valuable to me.
