I have tried a few similar tools, and I use Grain on a daily basis. I really like it because I often share recordings with clients and can easily clip videos to share internally with our support team to review bugs. Additionally, the transcription feature is very helpful for understanding the topics discussed and for follow-up. The templates for the transcripts are great as they organize the meeting outcomes in a very digestible way.
