We rely on real-time co-authoring and version history every day to produce our software architecture documents and release notes. These features have noticeably sped up our team’s review cycle and save us roughly 4–5 hours each week by removing the back-and-forth of emailing multiple file drafts. On top of that, the Gemini AI assistant, along with the direct integrations with Google Drive and Jira, has been very useful for creating concise summaries of our technical drafts and keeping our workflows moving smoothly. The UI is clean and straightforward, so new developers can jump in right away without needing formal training or extra onboarding time. One unexpected advantage has been offline mode. When internet connectivity is unreliable, our developers can keep editing without interruption, and once the connection returns, everything syncs automatically without any data loss.
