The learning curve is easy, and the value it brings to my business is huge. I used to miss conversations on LinkedIn, finding it difficult to build momentum. Still, Folk has helped me never to miss a conversation again while easily building momentum in my sales efforts. Because of the Chrome plugin, it saves me a load of time and labour capturing and enriching contacts because it draws all the information from LinkedIn, and it also enriches the contact's details. Their help files and help videos cover almost everything you might ask. That said, their customer support is quick and puts a lot of effort into helping you. I use this product every day, 7 days a week, and it has helped me to create a consistent rhythm in my sales activities.

Very easy to use and intuitive. The one-click enrichment feature is amazing for instantly adding pertinent data to my contacts. I like that I'm able to organize my contacts into different groups and categories. It also makes it easy to stay on top of follow-ups without things slipping through the cracks.
