Folk does everything I need without the complexity or cost of a traditional CRM, and in some areas it goes further. The ability to capture and organise data directly from email and WhatsApp interactions is particularly impressive and fits far better with how I now work. It feels like a modern, practical tool designed around real relationship management rather than rigid database structures.
