There are quite a few features I find really valuable in the folk system. First, you can “add to folk” contacts from sites like LinkedIn, websites, and more, which makes it simple to bring new contacts into the CRM. Second, you can “enhance” contacts—folk fills in missing contact data—which I’ve found especially helpful for business development. Third, it’s easy to set up multiple views, groups, and boards, so I can organize my contacts the way I want. Finally, customer service is very responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions. I could go on. I switched from Hubspot and have found folk *much* easier to use for my small business.
