Feefo has worked well for us because only verified customers are able to submit a review. This gives Feefo an authenticity to the submitted reviews that their main competitors lack. We are able to setup up multiple campaigns for both the booking process and the client holiday experience which gives two opportunities for a review to be returned. From a marketing perspective the system gives us all the tools we need to communicate our Feefo score on our website and supporting media. We have achieved Platinum status with Feefo which is a fair reflection of how our customers feel about us, and again this is because all of our reviewers must have travelled with us and experienced our full service. The Feefo helpdesk system is very prompt, we have an account manager who we have regular meetings so the support is excellent and always there when you need it. We have been a Feefo customer for many years now and it has been a great success.

Feefo is very easy to use and very user friendly. It was very easy to implement. The customer support from our account Manager Emma Parson is great! We have a great relationship! There is also a number of features that get rolled out which is great for a growing company like us! We also have a great relationship with the moderation team, they are top teir!
