Getting alerts on our Microsoft Teams channels is awesome. Our compliance dashboards were always facing issues but we used Spike to get alerts and instantly know about them. Escalation policies, alerting, and status page were very, very useful.

Our team can easily acknowledge, resolve incidents directly on Phone, Whatsapp, and Slack without going to their dashboard.
Their API has allowed us to automate tons of things for an incident.
We also use their private status pages so team knows the status of all things going on in our streaming service
