What I like best about Spike.sh is its simplicity. The interface is clean and well designed, and setting up escalations, on-call schedules and integrations is quick and intuitive. Once a setup is in place it's easy to repeat for other teams or services, so adding new ones takes minutes rather than hours.

Spike.sh has a great UI/UX. Our team really likes how spike.sh is easy to understand and use. We found alerting rules very interesting. Routing alerts to the right person by severity and simple regex Our team mainly uses Slack for all the notifications as it is easy to use. The ease of creating different channels for critical Incidents makes our team work collaboratively and maintains transparency.
