I like to use their private status pages so that my team knows the status of all things going on in our streaming service. My team likes one thing the most, whenever we have scheduled planned maintenance for 5 minutes or 30 minutes, we use the status pages to notify all our users about it.

Our Engineering team likes how it is so convenient to acknowledge and resolve the incident directly on Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, MS Teams, Telegram and Discord without going to their dashboard. They also have acknowledged timeout which I personally like, for the low-severity incidents. If my team currently working on some critical incidents then we use acknowledge timeout and after some time we get an alert to resolve this low severity incident. I feel this brings work undisturbed when low-severity incidents occur.

Flexibility and easy to use. We can resolve incidents directly from phone, email and Teams too. Managing on-call scheduling across multiple offices and timezones is very easy.
