Additionally, the ability to import current donors is an incredibly valuable feature for us. It helps us understand our existing donor base better, provides insights into their values, and enables us to identify further potential among those who already support us. Furthermore, DonorSearch’s integration with NEON is fantastic, as it allows our Donor Relations team to quickly identify who they are engaging with and thus new ways to take care of them more effectively. This tool offers a lot of possibilities and makes it easier for us to find and manage our donor relationships.

It really allows the user to have different pictures of the donor's giving history and to use the data he or she deems most relevant to their work. I also like how it categorizes the different charity categories (by focus area), which helps with ease of navigation. I also like that it gives suggested ask amounts based on giving history and wealth, which are especially useful for engaging major donors constructively.
