Dust makes it genuinely easy to build agents. You can go from an idea to a working assistant in minutes, without needing engineering help. The connector and MCP ecosystem is a big part of that. Plugging into our existing tools meant our agents actually had the context they needed to be useful for support and RevOps work. On top of that, the value for money is hard to beat compared to other platforms we looked at.

The ability to integrate with multiple LLMs and to easily manage access to company data (with different groups, levels...). Furthermore, the team is great, very responsive and attentive. The pods help to better manage the context and especially to share it more easily among collaborators, which saves a lot of time in managing clients or projects.

I like Dust because it's easy to build on and lets me get my head around building agents without being a developer. I appreciate the unique capabilities function, which isn't just about linking agents to data sources but also involves describing how they should interact with the information. I find this a distinct advantage compared to other platforms. I also like the support; Elias from support was really helpful and quickly resolved an issue I had with my account setup. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, even though I made a mistake with the email I used. The no-code nature of the platform is great for navigating and is very useful for someone like me.
