Dialpad has been a great experience for me. I’ve worked in the customer service/call center industry for the past 15 years, and out of all the tools I’ve used, Dialpad is by far the easiest to navigate. Taking calls is simple and intuitive, which makes a huge difference in day to day work. Highly recommend it for anyone in a similar field looking for a reliable, user friendly platform.

I really love the layout of the Dialpad Connect system. It's easy for me to see all the inbound calls and messages that have been received by our company in just a few clicks. I can easily follow up with potential new clients as well as established clientele. It's very easy to manage the client profiles as well! You have all their information and notes at your fingertips when you're on a live call. The chat transcription feature is very clutch too. It helps me make quick notes after the call in case I want to confirm a detail the client mentioned or might have misheard something. I also appreciate the built in integration for video calling make it easy to set those up straight through the Dialpad dashboard if that is needed for any possible client meetings where they want to be visible and see our staff. Overall Dialpad has been the easiest VoIP tool I've used in the last 10-15 years. Believe me, I've worked some really bad/confusing ones and Dialpad has taken all that worry & stress away. Highly recommend using Dialpad to manage your business call flow, especially if you're a small business just getting started.
