As a Manufacturing company, we have very little tolerance for failed verifications. We've used other providers that offered multi-channel OTP delivery, but Dexatel's execution has been noticeably better. the fallback logic feels faster and more reliable, and we have much better visibility into how our verification traffic is performing.
We currently use SMS as our primary OTP channel, with WhatsApp and voice calls as fallback options when SMS delivery is delayed. this has helped us maintain a smooth user experience during onboarding, login, and high-risk account actions.
