We originally started using Dexatel for transactional messages like order confirmatons and delivery updates, but over time it became a much bigger part of our customer engagement strategy. We now use it for abandoned cart reminders, personalized discount offers, flash sales, loyalty campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups.
What i like most is the ability to reach customers through the channels they actually pay attention to. Instead of sending every promotion through email and hoping it gets opened, we can use SMS, WhatsApp, and email depending on the customer and the type of message, The flexibility has helped us create much more targeted campaigns.

We run an online platform where users are constantly signing up, logging in, resetting passwords, and interacting with the product. We use Dexatel for OTPs, two-factor authentication, password resets, login alerts, and general user notifications. what we've been happiest with is the reliability. verification codes arrives quickly, and we haven't has to spend much time worrying about delivery issues.
we also like having SMS, WhatsApp, and emails available in one place. Different users respond to different channels, so having that flexibility has been really useful.
