We use Dexatel for authentication codes, account alerts and other important customer messages. Everything is connected with our application, so messages are sent automatically when a customer logs in or performs an account action.
Pricing was also an important reason for switching. Dexatel has been much cheaper for us than the CPaaS provider we used before, especially with the amount of transactional messages we send.

Our customers are from many different countries and this was the main reason we started looking for another provider. With our previous delivery was good in some countries but not so good in others Since moving to Dexatel we see much more stable delivery across the markets we work with. The platform itself is also easy to use and we didn't have any major issues with the integration.
