Rather than relying on a single channel, we use a mix of SMS, WhatsApp, and email depending on the type of message and the customer's preferences. Time-sensitive updates such as travel alerts, check-in reminders, and last-minute changes are typically sent via SMS or WhatsApp, while detailed itineraries and booking information are often delivered by email. Having multiple channels available from a single platform has made our communication much more reliable. Guests receive important information through the channel most likely to reach them, and we no longer have to worry about critical updates being missed
