We use Dexatel mostly for order confirmations, delivery updates. These messages need to go out quickly because customers usually expect an update right after placing an order. Once our developers connected the API with our store, most of this became automatic. Our support team doesn’t need to send updates manually or check every order separately.

Most of our player communication happens inside the game. We use Dexatel for the more sensitive moments, like confirming a phone number, logging in from a new device, or resetting a password.<br><br>Our login flow starts with an SMS code. If that doesn’t reach the player, we can use email OTP as a fallback. Both are handled through Dexatel Verify, so our developers don’t have to maintain two completely separate verification systems.

We connected Dexatel to our booking system and use it for several specific messages. Guests receive a confirmation after booking, check in information before arrival, and an update if something changes with their reservation.
We use both SMS and WhatsApp, so having them with the same provider is easier than managing separate integrations. Our system decides when the message should be sent and Dexatel handles the actual delivery.
