I like segmentation; it's easy to use and edit

I can easily split the crowd into multiple precise groups and deliver tailored content to each one, which makes our follow-up far more targeted. Plus, the stable automated scheduling is extremely practical, allowing me to pre-set sending times for follow-up emails days in advance.
