Custify Makes Complex Customer Data Actionable With AI and Automation
I really like how Custify consolidates our complex data and makes it usable. The AI engine helps us to identify at-risk accounts (meaning Customers that are more likely to churn than others) and we focus on avoiding churn with this data. Besides that, I like the automation engine that can automate customer communication, track data, create certain events if the customer does something.

The main advantage is the UI. Many customer success platforms feel cluttered or outdated, but Custify is clean and well-structured. It does not feel like unnecessary "bloatware", which I appreciate.
Custify integrates well with our existing tools. It has enabled us to move away from checking different systems just to get a status update on an account.
