I appreciate Good Grants for its outstanding customer service. Whenever I get stuck, I can reach out for help, and their response time is incredibly quick. I also find the platform very user-friendly, with answers to questions available through many different avenues. The fact that everything is in one location is very appealing. The step-by-step directions and videos make it easy to set up, and even though we are fairly new users, we've already found other ways to use Good Grants in our work.
