It's fairly user friendly and customisable. The support team are also very quick to respond to any issue so the support is great.

Clean interface, beautiful layout, and easy to build forms that can be adapted into applications and reports. The system performs very well and integrates several apps that improve the workflow. I was impressed by the speed the support team responds. We haven't tried the AI / Intelligence features however it has great automated features across different areas which work great. The pricing is reasonable
