Clean interface, beautiful layout, and easy to build forms that can be adapted into applications and reports. The system performs very well and integrates several apps that improve the workflow. I was impressed by the speed the support team responds. We haven't tried the AI / Intelligence features however it has great automated features across different areas which work great. The pricing is reasonable

I like that we can manage the entire grant cycle in one place, from the application process all the way through the post-event follow-up forms. Additionally, customer support is always prompt and helpful whenever we need it.

I like that Good Grants is flexible and easily editable. The initial setup was very straightforward, and despite none of us having used Good Grants before, we could quickly build out a customized form with lots of tips for users. I find it incredibly helpful that the Good Grants team is available 24/7 for customer support. They're incredibly responsive, and our client services rep, Jeremy, is excellent.
