The best part about Contivio is having voice, SMS, live chat and AI all connected to NetSuite in one platform. Calls are automatically transcribed and summarized, and the MCP connection lets us use Claude to analyze customer interactions without manually pulling information from different systems. It gives our team a much clearer view of every customer conversation and saves a lot of manual work.
