Reporting/Analytics is my car dashboard. Without it, I’m driving blind. As an English professor with limited afternoon slots, I like being able to see who opens three emails and clicks the pricing link, and use that to decide who earns a place in those meetings. Email Sequences feels like a salesperson who works while I teach, since my mornings are reserved for classes and content review and follow-up can’t depend on my free time. Contact Management is my sorting table: I can label people as curious, interested, ready to pay, enrolled, or dropped out, keep a history, and avoid sending a sales pitch to someone who already enrolled (which looks sloppy and costs trust). I also liked that the AI didn’t just give a generic list. It filtered everything through my actual priorities and even challenged my premise by pointing out that my real sales channel might be WhatsApp Business, not email.
