Lightweight CRM with Strong Lead Gen, Needs Reporting Enhancement

I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. I also found the initial setup of Close to be easy, definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Seamless Contact Lookups with Full Call Recordings and Accurate Transcripts

Being able to quickly look up contact records and immediately see our full interaction history makes managing client outreach feel seamless. With easy access to complete call recordings and accurate conversation transcripts—for both my calls and my team’s—it’s much easier to stay on top of every conversation and make sure no small detail gets missed.

Streamlined Client Management with Seamless Integrations

I like Close for managing clients and potential prospects effectively. It automatically links with Highbridge to help determine qualified and unqualified clients, which is really convenient. The system is very user-friendly, and I like everything about it for that reason. Once set up with my email, I get access to everything, and the integration with other tools is straightforward, which makes things fair and easy.
