I like how simple the software is. Being that it integrates directly in to slack, the UX/UI is very simple and native! The performance is absolutely top tier as well. We've seen productivity increase dramatically since using it, and it provides an incredible high-level view of what is happening in the company, as well as granular details when needed. The API connection that it offers is a slam dunk as well for integrations! We build a lot of in-house tools, and being able to integrate Chaser to certain tools through an API connection has been a dream! Not to mention the native integration that they offer with Claude, we've never been more powerful! In today's AI heavy workflows, if your task management tool doesn't integrate seamlessly with your AI Agent of choice, you're really missing out! The pricing is very fair, and the support is absolutely top tier! They are very responsive, and have been open to the suggestions that we have brought up. The team is great. The product is great. We already use Slack for communication, so we’re in there all day. We used to write messages about things that needed to be done, but they would get lost in the conversation and we didn’t always have good follow-through. Now that Chaser creates tasks for us, we’re staying on top of those requests and getting more accomplished.
