I like the team behind Chaser, as they are super nice and really responsive to feedback and ideas. I appreciate that they are pushing the limits on what is possible for task management and the use of AI around task management. I also like that it is a Slack integration, which is essential because we run most of our business through Slack, and having a task management system where we already work is key. The Web Dashboard is really nice, especially when I am leading project management meetings and planning out the week using the Calendar view. Additionally, the initial setup of Chaser was easy, and within the first two weeks, even my boss was using it to create tasks and mark them as complete. It felt like a return on investment on day one. We can also use it in external-facing channels in Slack with our partners without needing to onboard them to a project management system which is super nice.

Chaser has been a game changer for our company because of its ability to create an organized dashboard of Slack inputs. With Chaser's ability to seamlessly and intuitively sync to Slack, no other product was able to compete in this area.

Chaser fits naturally into the way we work. It keeps tasks in Slack and works well with the systems we have built, giving us the accountability of a PM tool without asking the team to adopt or switch between another tool. The integration with the internal Slack bots we have built has been especially useful. Our bots can surface information and alerts in real time, hand them off to Chaser, and complete and edit the tasks as new context is surfaced.
