I love that it reminds people and follows up with them, so I don’t actually have to nag anyone myself.

I like that Chaser is Slack-first, so I can manage tasks in Slack and still get a clear overview in the dashboard. I keep the dashboard open to see tasks I’ve assigned and tasks assigned to me, filter them by channel, and check who has acknowledged or accepted them. I can click a task to jump straight to its Slack thread, which saves a lot of time and avoids manually copying links. The alerts for upcoming and overdue tasks are helpful when I have a lot going on. I also like the checklist system because I can document workflows as step-by-step SOPs in the dashboard and apply them in Slack, so colleagues can follow them and ask questions in the task thread. Chaser worked straight out of the box, and we didn’t have to do much setup because our documentation and workflows were already in Slack. When I needed a way for my boss to review tasks, the support team suggested a status indicator that works perfectly fine for us.

It's helpful to get reminders and not having to be the one to remember other team member's deliverables. I like the dashboard with all my tasks in one place.
