Needs Improvement, But Promising Support
I like that Certain offers self-scheduling and email communication for our events, which is handy for advising appointments. The API is useful for generating communications to students and integrating with our advising system during events. The advising functions on the website, the email templates for students, and the ability to plan event upload agendas for each schedule add to its utility. I also appreciated the support that was available to help with setup issues, despite the initial bumpy experience.

Highly Customizable and Easy to Use
I use Certain to register participants for our summer camp, and it enables us to collect all the needed information before their arrival. I like that Certain is very customizable, especially appreciating that the report builder is specific and detailed. The initial setup was very easy for our team.
