I love that it engages our candidates with the hiring process, and that it saves time for our recruiters and hiring managers by answering questions they didn't even know they had. The portals have been very easy to set up, and we have received a lot of positive feedback from candidates and recruiters. The support is top-notch. Our feedback is listened to and any issues we might have are solved almost immediately.

As someone who has led recruiting teams and recruiting operations this is one of the most impactful platforms I've used in years. Once set up the platform becomes really easy to use and maintain. Candidates love it - I've had multiple candidates who have reached out or mentioned specifically how the portal has helped them prepare for interviews and shows that the company cares about candidates and employees. For such a small company I've received some of the best customer support I've had in a while. The founders are really responsive and proactive in making sure we're getting the most out of the platform.
