The automated nature of the the training and phishing simulations has saved us so much time, and as a small team that is a huge benefit to us. We previously used another provider and found their training content to by very dry and also very americanised - Boxphish is so much better. The training is informative and engaging without being overwhelming and we've had a lot less issues getting employees to complete it! The team at Boxphish are all very friendly and helpful too, and we have a quarterly catch up with our account manager to discuss any issues we may have as well as new and upcoming features.
