Functionally, the product works great. The ability to create custom courses is fantastic and their base training is super too. In addition to that, their account managers and other support staff are superb and are always really helpful. The solution was also really easy to implement.

We have a dedicated account manager who is excellent and the support team are very quick to reply to , and resolve issues. The user interface is easy to use . End users love the short but informative training videos . The data we are collecting in relation to the Spear Phishing simulations gives us vital insights into which departments may need a little extra training and the types of Spear Phishing emails that are more successful.

Automated system requires minimal input beyond reviewing the take up/outcome reports which as staff are happy to engage with the training and our simulations results have improved, only requires occassional action. Courses are easy to fit into a busy schedule and varied in content and staff see personal as well as professional benefit in the content.
