I attended the One Place Local event in Arizona in May and was also lucky enough to attend the One Place Local event in Charleston. Not only was the material different, which I was extremely excited about, but at the One Place Local events you will always have different conversations amongst your peers. It's always a great opportunity for networking! It's very apparent that Benefitfocus cares about their clients! There is a dedicated Benefitfocus team-member who takes down notes on hot topics, areas of concerns, etc. We even had a break out session where our opinions could impact the next annual One Place event in 2019.

I generally enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with the developers and thought leaders that create the product I am purchasing and using. By showing an interest in how their customers utilize their product, they are showing a willingness to adapt and have a vision for the future.
