I use Asana for my nonprofit grant management, and it helps me organize everything in one place. It's great for working remotely with my colleague, allowing us to notify each other of different projects and deadlines easily. I also like how user-friendly Asana is; I didn't have to do much training to get started, which is important as we don't have much time or staff to integrate new software. For the price we pay, the time savings we gain are amazing. Asana is much more efficient and valuable than managing grants with Excel spreadsheets. It's also useful for keeping track of information from past grant applications year by year. The dashboard I see when I first log in every day is very useful and easy to navigate. Setting up Asana was easy, and while it was time consuming to gather all my information, it wasn't hard to input it into Asana.
