Clean & Professional Proposals Without the Excel Chaos

What I like most about Apropo is how clearly and accessibly it allows us to present project scope and pricing. The system makes it easy to structure an offer in a transparent and professional way, both internally and for clients. The tool is very intuitive, and onboarding team members (for example, developers who need to contribute to estimations) is straightforward and quick. This significantly improves collaboration during the pricing process. I especially appreciate the ability to add global buffers and calculate pricing percentages per role. These features make financial planning more flexible and accurate. Apropo is valuable not only as an internal estimation tool but also as a client-facing solution. Our proposals look significantly more professional and structured, and clients respond very positively to them.
