Approvalmax has strengthened our accounts payable approval process by allowing remote employees to review invoices and confirm that they’ve been entered into our accounting system under the correct general ledger codes and class. It also provides our auditors with a clear audit trail showing that all approvals were received and that any needed corrections were made when necessary. Approvalmax will give us these same benefits as we begin adding new offices across the country, especially with its "Location" feature. Another basic but important benefit is that I can remind approvers that an expense cannot be paid until it’s approved, which helps prevent procrastination or ignored notifications. Instead, people quickly review and either approve or reject an invoice. Attaching a copy of the invoice is simple and quick, and the notes field makes it easy to add any context that’s needed. The ability to communicate within each entry also keeps conversations streamlined and straightforward. Overall, this is definitely one of—if not the—best additions to our approval process.

It is very convenient to record invoices in xero through ApprovalMax. Also the reports available in ApprovalMax helps to make decisions regarding the invoices efficiently.

I find ApprovalMax's multi-level approval authentication very useful. It's great that anything lower than $400 can be assigned to line managers for approval. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.
