What I appreciate most about Appcast is their partnership-oriented approach. From the beginning, their team made a strong effort to understand our business, hiring model, and operational needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all strategy. They were highly supportive throughout onboarding, including helping connect and optimize our ATS integration, which made implementation smooth and efficient. Their team also proactively identified opportunities to improve job performance through recommendations around job titles, descriptions, and posting optimization. Another major strength has been their flexibility in how we engage with the platform and service model.
